Vegetable udon/ soba

Sweet Inari bean curd, wakame seaweed and spring onion in a soy dashi broth. Vegetarian. 

Option of udon or soba noodle. 

- Udon: Thick white flour based noodle

- Soba: Buckwheat based brown-grey thin noodle
